All you need to do to access a group is to hover over the group you want to attend at the correct time and click on the green 'join' button that appears when a group is open. Check all the support. The Mudjilali Men’s Group project collaborates with partner agencies and elders to run Aboriginal men’s groups across the lower south coast of New South Wales in Eden, Wallaga Lake and Bega. - Gamblers Anonymous (GA) is a voluntary self-help group run by recovering problem gamblers to assist other problem gamblers. It is based on the same 12-step program, established by Alcoholics Anonymous, and advocates complete abstinence from gambling, one day at a time.
- By his 30s, he knew he had a problem and was introduced to a gambling support group run by his friend's father. He said people at the support group spoke openly and honestly about their personal.

The Mudjilali meets an important need for soft entry drug and alcohol services on the lower south coast of NSW.
The program offers a range of group activities including:
- weekly men’s group meetings in each community
- drug and alcohol worker available
- holistic health and welfare support
- cultural programs introducing younger Aboriginal men to culture
- cultural camps and trips
- community drug and alcohol education events organized by the men
- attendance reports to courts and probation and parole.

Men’s groups in NSW
To facilitate the building of a network of men’s group across the lower south coast of New South Wales, Lives Lived Well:
- has partnerships with services, national parks and Aboriginal Land Councils
- collaborates with justice services to offer a diversion from custody option
- employs an Aboriginal male drug and alcohol trainee under guidance from a qualified and experienced male Aboriginal worker
- works with male elders who provide community leadership and deliver cultural programs
- builds links with other Aboriginal men’s groups across NSW
- trains Aboriginal men in governance, peer leadership and program planning and support them to take control of the men’s group ongoing including applying for their own funding
- evaluates and disseminates information about the program.

Gambling Support Groups Brisbane Groups
PrintSpecialist alcohol and other drug treatment services are available to help people recover from problematic substance use and addiction. Queensland Hospital and Health Services, non-government organisations and private providers deliver a range of treatment services including:
- assessment
- brief intervention
- counselling
- withdrawal management (i.e. 'detox')
- residential and non-residential programs
- medication assisted treatment
They also facilitate referral to other services as required.
Alcohol and other drug services
The Alcohol and Drug Information Service (Adis) 24/7 Alcohol and Drug Support (1800 177 833) provides 24 hour, 7 day a week confidential support for people in Queensland with alcohol and other drug concerns, their families and health professionals. You can call Adis at any time for counselling, information and advice. Experienced counsellors are there to listen and give you options about the next steps. Adis can assist in identifying a treatment service matched to your needs.

Other counselling services
OnTrack Alcohol offers a free, self-guided online treatment program for risky alcohol use that helps you manage your recovery through setting goals and using practical strategies.
Counselling Online lets you communicate online with a professional counsellor about any alcohol or drug related concern, available 24 hours a day. This service is free for anyone seeking help with their own use or the use of a family member, relative or friend. You can choose to remain anonymous or to register with the service.
